Sara Tomko is an American actress known for playing Asta Twelvetrees in the science-fiction comedy series Resident Alien.[1]

Early life[edit]

Tomko was born on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio, into a military family, and was classically trained as a singer.[2] She attended James Madison University, graduating with a BA in theatre and dance.[3]

Career[edit]

Tomko is known for her roles as Asta Twelvetrees on Syfy's Resident Alien and Tiger Lily on ABC's Once Upon a Time.[4][5][6][7][8] She has also appeared in S.W.A.T., The Leftovers,[9] Heartbeat, Sneaky Pete, and more.[10] She has additionally had roles in the films The Terminators (2009), Extracted (2012), and 400 Days (2015), among others.[11][10][12]

Personal life[edit]

Tomko has been married to director Theodore Pederson since 2021.[13]
