The Fundación para el Progreso ("Foundation for Progress", FPP) is an independent, non-profit Chilean think tank that promotes the culture of a free society and responsible individuals through the dissemination of the ideas of classical liberalism. [3][4] It was founded in 2012 and Axel Kaiser is the president of the Board of Directors [5] [6][7][8][9].
FPP has four offices in different Chilean cities, characterized by a high concentration of universities and young people: Valparaíso, Santiago, Concepción [10][11] [12] and Valdivia [13]. This contributes to decentralizing the debate of ideas in Chile and Latin America, as it participates in international networks and its reach, mainly via social networks [14][15] , is regional.
The foundation's objectives include promoting the ideas of classical liberalism [16], contributing to public debate with ideas and proposals that support individual freedom, free markets and the rule of law, and training leaders and citizens committed to the values of liberalism.
