Estakhr-e Posht (Persian: استخرپشت), also Romanized as Estakhr-e Posht; also known as Esţalkh Posht,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Estakhr-e Posht Rural District,[4] Hezarjarib District, Neka County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 529 in 134 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 889 people in 203 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 668 people in 187 households.[2]
