The 2023 Real Tennis Australian Open was the 91st edition of the Australian Open. The event was held at the Royal Melbourne Tennis Club in Melbourne between January 3-11, 2023 and was organised by the Australian Real Tennis Association, forming part of the qualifying series for the 2025 Real Tennis World Championship.[1] It was held concurrently with the 2023 Boomerang Cup. The event was the first grand slam event of the year.

The men's singles draw was won by Chris Chapman for the second time, having previously won the 2020 edition. It was Chapman's third Open singles title, having also won the 2018 French Open. Chapman also won the men's doubles draw alongside Nick Howell, having previously combined to win the 2020 edition.[2] The women's singles draw was won by Saskia Bollerman, her first Australian Open singles victory and her second Open victory following the 2018 US Open. She also won the doubles draw with Jo See Tan, the latter's first Open doubles title.

The event featured the Open debut of Oliver Pridmore.
