Riverton (Sayreville, New Jersey)

Riverton is a real estate development located in Sayreville, New Jersey where the Edison Bridge and Driscoll Bridge cross the Raritan River. The site was formerly owned by National Lead.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]

In 2023, the project received $400 million in tax incentives from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.[11]
