Slava Smelovsky

Slava Smelovsky is an Israeli electronic musician, sound artist, psychotherapist, and former journalist, known for his work in the electronic duo Grundik+Slava and his contributions in the fields of coaching and psychotherapy.

Musical career[edit]

Smelovsky is a member of the music project "Crossfishes",[1][2][3] and participated in the project "Thunderwheel - Credo", in collaboration with Chaos As Shelter.[4][5] He was a resident artist at Boiled Angel Records.[6][7] He is the founder of the music label "Kunstkamera", which has released more than 30 international projects.[8]

Journalism and media[edit]

Smelovsky worked as a freelance journalist for Russian-language Israeli publications like Vesti, Novosti Nedeli, and Kvazimodo in the mid-90s.[9][10][11][12][13][14] He later joined the publication Interface, eventually becoming its editor-in-chief.[15] Also contributed to "Israel Today" with a regular column on cultural events in Israel.

Coaching and psychotherapy career[edit]

  • Is a valid member of the Professional Psychotherapeutic League.[16]
  • Member of the International Coaches Union.[17]
