Qahfarrokh Rural District (Persian: دهستان قهفرخ) is in the Central District of Farrokhshahr County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Kheyrabad.[4]

After the 2011 census, the city of Farrokh Shahr was transferred from the Central District and Dastgerd Rural District from Kiar County in the establishment of Farrokhshahr District, which was divided into two rural districts and the city.[4]

At the most recent National Census of 2016, its population was 979 in 301 households. Its only village was Kheyrabad, with 979 people.[2]

In August 2023, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Farrokhshahr County, which was divided into two districts and three rural districts, with Farrokh Shahr as its capital and only city.[3]
