Hitoshi Kiya
Hitoshi Kiya from the Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo, Japan was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2016[1] for contributions to filter structure, data hiding, and multimedia security.
