Molulco is a hamlet (Spanish: caserío) in the southeastern coast of Chiloé Island, southern Chile. It belongs to the commune of Quellón and is administered by the municipal government of that city. Moluco lies where Molulco River reaches the southwestern shores of Estero Compu, a sea inlet. Chile Route 5, the main road in the island, runs across Molulco.
