Hari Chandana Dasari[2] is an officer of Indian Administrative Service, 2010 batch Telangana cadre.[3][4]

Early life and education[edit]

Hari Chandana was born (31 August 1984) in Hyderabad, Telangana State, India. She holds M.sc from London School of Economics in Environmental Economics, Postgraduate from university of Hyderabad and Graduate from St. Anns College, Hyderabad.[5][6]

Career[edit]

Hari Chandana participated in the Civil Services Examination of 2009 as a general category candidate and secured the 150th rank. Subsequently, she was appointed as an IAS officer of Nalgonda district, Telangana, India.[7] She previously served as the Director of Ayush[8] and has now been transferred to the position of Director of Municipal Administration and has been appointed as the state nodal officer for Praja Vani.[9][10]

Awards and Recognition[edit]

Hari Chandana was shortlisted for the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration under the category of Innovation in Governance in the year 2020.[11][12]

She was awarded with FICCI FLO Influential Women Award in the year 2021.[13]
